Jessica Klayman Kraft – President/Founder Born and raised in Lincolnshire, IL, Jessica started The Chicago Hire Company in May of 1999 after several years at another recruitment agency. She has over 10 years of staffing experience working with clients and candidates alike. Jessica is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the American Staffing Association (ASA) and the Illinois Staffing Association (ISA), where she recently served as vice president. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana. Outside of the rigorous world of professional staffing, Jessica loves spending time with her husband and family. Together they stay happily busy being parents to their beautiful son and daughter. Kim McAdams – Vice President After several years in the recruitment business, Kim joined Jessica and assisted her in growing The Chicago Hire Company. She brings more than 10 years of professional recruitment experience to the agency and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). Kim grew up in a small town in Iowa called Mt. Vernon and holds a duel degree in Communications Studies and Business from the University of Iowa. She enjoys running, yoga, anything on the Food Network, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Lisa Chew - Senior Consultant Lisa was drawn to the industry by her interest in helping people achieve a better work-life existence. For the past 9 years, she has been successful at using her matchmaking skills to achieve the perfect fit between her candidates and clients. Lisa joined The Chicago Hire Company in 2001 and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). She holds a bachelor’s in social science from Michigan State University. Born in Brookfield, WI, Lisa enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Natalie Arbuthnot – Recruiter
Natalie has a passion for working in the staffing field, having a positive impact on helping company’s improve their employee base, while assisting people with enhancing their career path. Natalie has seven years of employment services experience. In her past staffing background, she was given a rewarding opportunity to start-up a Chicago Office Branch on-behalf of a Michigan-based company. She is the newest addition to The Chicago Hire Company and it’s an ideal fit for her! Born and raised in Michigan, Natalie is a dedicated Red Wings hockey fan; loves running, traveling and spending time with her husband and family. Brittany Fondrie - Temporary Division Manager Brittany Fondrie manages the temporary department here at The Chicago Hire Company. She grew up just outside of Milwaukee, WI and followed a long family legacy as a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Communications. Go Badgers and Packers!!! She came to apply with The Hire Company with some recruiting experience, and the fit was so right; they decided to hire her on as a recruiter. In her spare time she loves working out, playing tennis, being outdoors, and most of all, loves eating lunch. Also, little known fact, she is currently mastering the art of calligraphy. Adam Wolf - Office Manager/Administrative Assistant From the small town of Sandwich, IL, Adam made his way to Chicago via the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After graduating with a degree in Education and teaching Middle School English, Adam put his teaching career on hold while he pursued some other loves in life: improvisational comedy, being a Cub fan, taking care of his dog Bob, and paying back his student loans. He was able to pay those bills by waiting tables and bartending for two years until The Chicago Hire crew came in and had him as a server during an office lunch outing. They all clicked right away and less than a month later, he was a full time Hire Company employee. Adam enjoys being The Hire Company’s front desk man, and is really falling in love with the industry.
