HISTORY

Founder and President of The Chicago Hire Company, Jessica Klayman Kraft, grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. That's why, after choosing a career in the recruitment industry, she knew that it was only a matter of time before she broke off on her own.

In 1999, she used her expert skills to recruit the top talent in the industry and formed The Chicago Hire Company to meet the professional staffing needs of the greater Chicago area.

When The Chicago Hire Company was started, its main area of concentration was on staffing administrative and executive assistant positions. As the agency began to build its relationships with its company clients, they were asked to expand their candidate searches into various different departments and professional levels, which allowed the agency to expand their core services.

Today, The Chicago Hire Company is a boutique, minority owned agency that offers a full range of staffing services. The agency is comprised of experienced recruitment professionals with expertise in a variety of industries including; corporate and residential real estate; hospitality; marketing; advertising and public relations; e-commerce; banking; brokerage; consulting; and legal.

Each Chicago Hire Company consultant is trained as a Certified Personnel Consultant, which means that they have at least two years in the industry and have passed a written exam on all EEOC laws and procedures. The company also is an active member in the Illinois Staffing Association (ISA), the American Staffing Association (ASA) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).


In 2008, The Chicago Hire Company was selected as one of GoldlineResearch's ten most dependable staffing agencies and executive search firms of the central U.S.
