Payday Chicago Hire's temporary employees are paid weekly for each work week, beginning on Monday and ending on Sunday. Paychecks are issued each Wednesday at noon following the end of the pay period. You may pick up your check in our office, have it mailed to you or sign up for our direct deposit program.
Vacation Pay Chicago Hire's temporary employees will be eligible for vacation pay for every 1500 consecutive hours worked during a 12-month period. *Employee must be on assignment or available for work the week prior to their anniversary date.
Holiday Pay Chicago Hire's temporary employees will be eligible for holiday pay after working at least 500 consecutive hours (including overtime) and when working the assigned day before and after the holiday. The Chicago Hire Company's paid holidays include: New Years Day Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
Refer a Friend Know someone who wants a great job? Recommend a friend and you will receive $50 for every new candidate we place in a full-time, permanent position and $25 for every new candidate placed in a temporary position where the candidate has worked at least 80+ hours. Refer a friend now!
Client Referrals Know a company looking to hire a full-time employee or a temporary employee? Receive a bonus if a successful placement is made. For the first full-time employee placed - receive $250.00 and for the the first temporary employee placed (afer the candidate has worked 80+ hours) you will receive $125.00.
Bonus Program After a job well done we believe in rewarding our temporary employees! Completion bonuses for a successful long-term assignment or possible increased wages for long-term employment is possible. Your staffing consultant will let you know if your assignment is eligible for one of these bonuses.
