TITLE: Executive Assistant - 3 Month Temp Contract
Executive Assistant supporting two VPs at a fast-growing company in Oakbrook. This role requires a three month commitment as it is covering a maternity leave. If you're an EA with VP level support experience and are open to temporary work, then this position is for you. TITLE: Legal Secretary - Intellectual Property
Major Loop law firm is seeking a legal secretary to work at a fast-paced IP desk. Must have four years patent prosecution, trademark and patent litigation experience. The candidate should be able to prepare, file and docket patent & trademark applications. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized; accurate typing (70 wpm); excellent communication skills with an eye for detail. College degree a plus.

TITLE: Executive Assistant
The role of an Executive Assistant (EA) is to support the executive in any day to day operations as the executive deems necessary. Our EAs need experience creating and maintaining travel accommodations. He/she will also handle scheduling, planning, and the coordination of all meetings. Expense reports and all varieties of correspondence are included in the work day. Each week, there is an update b/w each executive and his/her assistant keeping him/her updated on future scheduling and events.
Organizational skills are crucial as maintaining an accurate filing system is required. You MUST be detail oriented with heavy experience in the Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel. The perfect candidate for this role will also be comfortable being the hub of communication between the executive and customers, clients, vendors, co-workers – etc. Being proactive will only be beneficial in this role. Writing and editing skills are also a large bonus. This position will also require some basic administrative duties as well. For example, keeping the office/kitchen tidy, ordering supplies, handling facilities issues, and general reception desk coverage are all daily and/or weekly responsibilities. TITLE: Nurse Liaison
This is a newly created position. The Nurse Liaison will be out at the hospitals making assessments on whether or not patients will be a good fit for our facility while also overseeing a small but growing Ortho unit (about 6 patients) This person will be considered as the facility representative. In the field, the Nurse Liaison will be the “face” of the company, so must have amazing communication skills, be approachable, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. He/she must be able to problem solve, multi-task and take initiative. Individual will have high interaction with families, medical personnel, field clinicians, other Directors and leadership staff. In a nutshell, this person will be assessing the status of patients at the hospital and will report back to the Administrator and the Director of nursing at the long-term care facility to make sure the proper equipment, medications, etc. are there for them when they arrive. This position offers great variety in ones workload. He/she will be interacting with employees on all levels from many different departments. Requirements: • Would like to see at least LPN background, RN a plus • 4-6+ years nursing experience • Ability to anticipate the needs of the department • Must be able to problem solve, multi-task and take initiative. • Good communication skills; both written and verbal are a must • Must have a car- will be traveling within the city limits

TITLE: Global Insurance Broker Seeks Qualifed Account Manager
This person will act as a primary service contact for assigned book of business. He/she will develop a strong working relationship with primary contact for client and demonstrate “ownership” of accounts by responding to client requests for service assistance on the same working day that the request is made for urgent issues or within 24 hours for routine service issues. He/she will act as a liaison between client and carrier. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry. - At least three years experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee welfare benefits - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to develop sound relationships with multiple clients. - Ability to interact with vendors effectively. - Excellent computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet expertise - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Required insurance licenses or ability to obtain immediately - A firm working knowledge of welfare benefit with a basic understanding of risk and insurance concepts - Good working knowledge of differing financial arrangements and products available to clients (i.e., fully insured, minimum premium, ASO)

We are looking for someone with inside/phone sales experience and strong communication skills to fill this Program Manager position. If you have strong interpersonal skills and can manage your time and a list of tasks well, then this is the spot for you. General knowledge of the higher education industry would be very helpful as well.
Your goal is to enroll prospective students into the program. In order to achieve this one would need to make daily contact phone calls, schedule appointments, track paperwork until completion, and work effectively with other campus personnel. You would also be a big part of implementing the marketing efforts in order to effectively recruit as a unit. LOTS of interpersonal communication.
