
Process Before a candidate is presented for any position, they are given a rigorous screening process that combines both traditional recruitment methods and the latest computer technology.
One of our experienced recruiters first talks to each candidate on the phone. If the candidate passes that initial screening process, they are scheduled for an in-person meeting where one of our recruiters conducts a detailed interview. The candidate is asked specific questions about their work history, their goals, their education and reasons for leaving the previous job.
The Chicago Hire Company also uses QWIZ to test candidates' expertise with certain software and technical skills to help ensure that the candidate is qualified for the position. QWIZ is a leading software technology company that has established itself as the worldwide leader in test quality and validation for the recruitment industry.
Screening/Interviewing/Background Checks The Chicago Hire Company works to verify all claims made by any candidate throughout the screening process. It is The Chicago Hire Company's policy to verify employment history and/or educational achievements. We also will conduct a comprehensive reference check that consists of at least three professional references given directly from former managers who have the pertinent information needed to make informed hiring decisions.
In addition to career and educational achievement verification, The Chicago Hire Company can provide drug screening, credit or criminal background checks upon request.
24 Hour Service The Chicago Hire Company staff is always available to assist you. If you have an ASAP need (a last minute temporary position that needs to be filled right away) whether it is first thing in the morning or late in the evening one of our consultants is available to successfully fill your order. We have temporary employees on-call at all times to help you and your company increase your productivity.

Temporary Placement Guarantee If you are not satisfied with a temporary candidate that we place at your company call us within the first two hours of the assignment and we will refill the position and not charge you for those first two hours.
Permanent Placement Guarantee Each permanent placement guarantee is customized specifically for each Employer. Our standard guarantee is for 30 days. If the candidate we place leaves or is terminated within the first 30 days we will refill the position at no charge.
