Common Questions
There is no upfront cost. We work on both contingency and retained search, depending on the role. For direct hire placements, we charge a one-time fee based on a percentage of the hired candidate's first-year salary, paid only after a successful placement. For temporary and temp-to-hire placements, we bill an hourly rate that covers wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, unemployment, and our service fee. You pay only for hours worked.
For urgent temporary needs, we can often provide qualified candidates the same day. For temporary-to-hire and direct hire roles, we typically present strong, vetted candidates within a few days of a confirmed job order. Timing varies based on the role and the market, but we always set clear expectations upfront.
