Chicago is the city where I was raised, where I started my career as a recruiter, and where I built The Hire Company from scratch in 1999 at 26 years old. As the daughter of an entrepreneur, I grew up around business — and from the beginning, I've always been a natural connector.

Some people know us as The Chicago Hire Company — same team, same approach, now placing nationally. I love this city, but what's kept me here all these years is the people.

For over 25 years, we've built this business on relationships, referrals, and real connections. You will always work with a real person and a real team who takes the time to understand you and what you need. As a woman-owned boutique firm, we meet the people we represent and the clients we partner with — because that's what leads to the right match.

Getting to know both our clients and our candidates is still my favorite part of what I do. When you truly understand people, making the right placement becomes a lot more natural.
