• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience with strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Ability to operate independently with limited direction and thrive in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
