About the Role
Our client, a professional services firm, is hiring an HR Coordinator to support every part of their HR team, with real room to grow into bigger work over time. This is a strong early-career opportunity for someone looking for hands-on experience inside a tight-knit, collaborative HR group. You'll get exposure across onboarding, employee experience, and people operations, in a firm that takes its culture seriously. Hybrid schedule, 2 to 3 days a week in the Downtown Chicago office.
Requirements
- 1+ year of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree required, SHRM certification preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Adaptable, comfortable shifting between projects
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented across documentation and data
