About the Role
Our client, a Chicago-based tech firm, is searching for a Manager of People & Culture to lead their HR team and develop the workplace environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for the next step in their career and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact within a firm that prioritizes growth and collaboration. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in-office required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required and HR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR or related role required.
- Experience working for a fast-paced tech firm and/or a Venture Capital and/or Private Equity backed company highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and emerging technologies, including AI required.
- A team-oriented work ethic with an outstanding ability to generate relationships and drive workplace culture.
- Proven communication skills coupled with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
