About the Role
Our client, a financial services firm in Downtown Chicago, is searching for a Temp-to-Hire Receptionist. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients, visitors, and internal team members. If you’re energized by variety in your day-to-day and enjoy being the go-to person in a collaborative setting with outstanding work-life balance, this may be the perfect position for you! Note this position requires 5 days in-office per week. It begins at a $20-25/hour and shifts to $50,000-$55,000 once permanent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1+ years of corporate office experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service mindset and polished professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask independently
