Site Manager
About the Role
Our client, a major leader in the construction industry, consistently ranked as the top US General Contractors, is looking for a site manager to oversee a large project in the Elk Grove Village area. This is an outstanding role for a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is looking to make an immediate impact pioneering the management of a state-of-the-art facility. Note this is an onsite position with an anticipated schedule of Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:30pm. NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS. Robust compensation package, including paid time off, generous bonuses and robust benefit package.
Requirements
- 2+ years of site management or related experience required, construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Must be comfortable working the morning shift with an anticipated start time of 6:45am.
- Team-oriented work ethic, strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Quick on feet with proven ability to adapt to shifting daily priorities and provide hands-on support when needed.
